January Sales

Suicide. Mission.

I swear to God, a heaving shopping centre filled with people desperate to spend their Christmas money isn't usually my idea of a good time but today it wasn't so bad.

Lauren and I went in first but due to everyone running late, as always, we decided that we'd go to Costa and grab ourselves a drink. Costa was heaving - again, due to the amount of people in town - so we decided to grab it to go and wander around the books because our Costa is situated in Waterstones. This, to me, is temptation. I've just got twelves books for Christmas so literally, I'm completely stocked on books but obviously I needed to buy more. It's like a rule when I've got money in my pocket. So in the end, I bought three...

War Horse by Michael Morpurgo because the film adaptation comes out here in January and I've seen snippets of the play that's shown in London in drama class so I'm completely intrigued.

Deja Dead by Kathy Reichs because I've always wanted to read the Bones series and now that I'm watching them on T.V, I really really wanted to start reading them!

The Night Season by Chelsea Cain because this series is flawless. How many books do you read where the lead detective is madly in love with a serial killer that killed him then brought him back to life to continue the torture? If you ever want to read a crime book then I suggest this series!

Finally, my wardrobe has two new dresses. A day time one in the form of the black dress with the green polka dots and then a nightclubbing one in the lace red vest top and black skirt. Yeah, the photos are lame and my description is just as bad but you'll probably see them in later photos when we go clubbing - as always.

Then I got several DVD's in the form of Hunchback of Notre Dame, Ferngully: The Last Rainforest, Men of Honour, The Zodiac, Slither and V: Season 1 and 2.

I now have all these books and DVD's to take back home to Scotland with me as well as the rest of the ones I got for Christmas... Maybe I should sacrifice all my clothes and just never leave my bedroom?

I'm a total cheapass and never buy anything. Like, I can go to the mall with sixty dollars, and feel uncomfortable if I spend more than twenty, including food. This much shopping boggles my mind :O Those dresses look cute, though!

Yay! And thanks :D Love having fans ^.^
