Well it's here again, my fellow friends.
National November Writing Month. One plot. One month. 50k words...
This is just a small blog to a) share my blurb and title and b) to see if any of you are as crazy as me to take part this year!! So is anyone taking part??
So here's my NaNoWriMo '11
The Heiress' Saviour
Rowan Richards is the youngest daughter of Graeme Richards, a multi-millionaire that is well known for his old-fashioned concepts and beliefs. Rowan moved out of the family estate to prove that she could do it alone but what she didn't predict was that she'd fall pregnant and end up being alone just before the annual Black and White Ball, the social event of the year. She's desperate and needs a husband, fast.
Matthew Sanderson has been homeless for months now and he sits on the porch of the apartment building to protect himself from the rain. He minds his own business, never pleads for cash and this is why he's never ushered away. When Rowan asks him into her apartment under the promise of clean clothes, a shower and fresh food, Matthew realises it's not a offer he can resist. What he's not expecting is there to be a price tag on the end of it - he has to marry her.
One marriage of convenience. One year. One million pounds.
Will he accept?
2 ramblings from friends:
I AM CRAZY ENOUGH TO DO THIS AS WELL <3
NO IDEA WHAT I'M GOING TO WRITE.
Best of luck! I did it last year and a wonderful experience it was. Wanted to participate this year too but I am busy with classes and college and exams.
